Deadlines for the exhibitions

The exhibits for the exhibitions will be sent by post, to Scoala Gimnaziala “Vasile Alecsandri” Baia Mare, accompanied by a table with the names of the participant students and their teachers, so that the exhibits arrive to our school before the following deadlines:

After the exhibitions, the Romanian coordinator will send the diplomas for the students and teachers in Pdf format in email to the contact person and the teachers from each school will print the diplomas and fill in their students’ and school names.

Details regarding the exhibits:

The drawings/ photos/ icons on paper/wood/glass/ etc. will be of max. European A4 size, set on passpartu max. size A3, and labeled in the low right hand side with: the name and age of the author, Coordinating teacher and School name, locality and country. All the other types of exhibits, such as sculptures, origami, toys, and other arts and crafts exhibits, will be labeled with the same information. If they are fragile, they will be packed in such a way that they don’t break during transport.

Be sure to ask at the post office the length of time it takes for the package to arrive in Baia Mare, so they arrive before the above mentioned deadlines.
